Remembering Dr. Eugene SchultzDon Glass, and Robert Stroud:

By Board decree, three of the Chapter's scholarships are designated as In-Memoriam scholarships, named in honor of people who contributed significantly to our South Florida Chapter. These scholarships honor their memory by supporting students who carry forward the values they lived.

  • Dr. Eugene Schultz (ISACA International CISA and CISM instructor – passed away in October 2011). Gene was instrumental in the formation of the CISM certification at the International level, and was a strong advocate of the South Florida Chapter. Gene successfully certified the initial cohorts of CISM graduates for the Chapter.

  • Don Glass (ISACA South Florida Chapter President, 2003-2004– passed away in July 2015). Don was instrumental in fostering chapter re-engagement and growth in 2002.

  • Robert Stroud (ISACA International Board Chair, 2014-2015 – passed away in September 2018). Rob was a staunch advocate of the South Florida Chapter at the International level, and was a frequent lecturer at our events.
