Through this limited-time workforce initiative, eligible residents of North Dakota and Northwest/Central Minnesota may receive funding to access ISACA training, learning materials, membership, and credential exams.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis while funding remains available. Program funding is available through December 2026 or until all available funds have been awarded.

Credential offerings may vary based on participant eligibility, available funding, and program availability.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age.

  • Reside in North Dakota or Northwest/Central Minnesota.

  • Have an interest in technology, cybersecurity, AI, IT audit, IT risk, governance, privacy, or digital trust.

  • Have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.

  • Submit a completed application.

  • Complete the required FMWF Chamber Foundation application.

A high school diploma, college degree, or previous technology experience is not required for many of the available learning pathways.

When completing the Chamber Foundation application, please select the following:

  • Industry of Interest: Cybersecurity and Information Technology

  • If you are currently a student: Select the ISACA Program.

  • If you are not currently a student: Enter ISACA when asked which training provider or education program you would like to attend.
