ISACA Chapter Creative Request Form
The ISACA Chapter Creative Request Form is for chapter leaders seeking customized chapter marketing assets (chapter logos, roll-up banner designs, etc.).
- Please note: Chapters may use Canva to design chapter assets (other than logos). One license is provided to each chapter. Click here to learn more or request a license. If further assistance is needed, submit your request via the Creative Request Form.
Use the form linked below to submit your project details, objectives, content, preferred delivery date, and any supporting files.
- You may save a draft and return to submit the form later. Your draft submissions are saved in the "Incomplete" link under your profile on the left side of your screen.
- To allow sufficient time for planning, design, review and revisions, please submit your request a minimum of four weeks before the desired completion date.
- Requests will be reviewed based on project scope, available resources, brand requirements, and production timelines. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval or delivery by the requested date.
- A member of the ISACA team will contact you to confirm next steps, clarify requirements, and provide an estimated timeline.
