Scholarship Offering:
We will award an academic scholarship between US$1,000 to $2,500 each (based on need, average tuition per country, and merit), to fourteen selected students who meet the criteria below. Scholarship money will be paid directly to the awardee (if their school is International) or the awardee’s school (if their school is in the United States) in July 2025 and must be used for the school you’re attending in 2025. Awardees will also receive an ISACA Career Building Bundle to help continue your education and launch your IT career.
Criteria:
Applicants must:
- To apply, you first need a free ISACA account. If you have appplied for an ISACA Foundation scholarship before, you may sign in using that account.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Recipients within the previous 12 months are not eligible to apply.
- Be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college, university, or technical training institute.
- Be pursuing a degree or an advanced degree focused on IT audit, risk, security, assurance or cybersecurity.
- Identify as a member of an underrepresented community in IT (this may include race, gender, ethnicity, first generation college student, veteran status, disability, etc.)
- Recipients agree to attend at least one ISACA event (virtual or in-person) within 3 months of receiving the award.
- Recipients agree to communicate with the ISACA Foundation twice a year for two years regarding school and career trajectory after the scholarship.
ISACA Career Building Bundle:
- One year of ISACA student membership (giving you access to career pathway and advancement events and webinars)
- One ISACA course selected from the ITCA or CET certification (completion of this course will help you get an ISACA certificate that indicates a standard of skills to a prospective employer)

- ISACA’s Mentorship Program (giving you access to certified digital trust professionals as mentors)
