This scholarship is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing a BSc Computer Science, BCom Information Systems, or any other technology related qualification at an institute of higher education in South Africa. Scholarship Offering:
We will award academic scholarships of US$1,000 each, to four undergraduate students and two postgraduate students who meet the criteria below. Scholarship money will be paid directly to the awardee in July 2025 and must be used for the school you’re attending in 2025. Awardees will also receive an ISACA Career Building Bundle to help continue your education and launch your IT career.

Applicants must:
- To apply, you first need a free ISACA account. If you have applied for an ISACA Foundation scholarship before, you may sign in using that account.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Be pursuing a BSc Computer Science, BCom Information Systems, or any other technology related qualification
- Be enrolled in an institute of higher education in South Africa (includes TVET, university, and university of technology
- Identify as a member of an underrepresented community in IT (this may include race, gender, ethnicity, veteran status, disability, etc.)
- Recipients agree to attend at least one chapter event within 3 months of receiving the award.
- Recipients agree to communicate with the ISACA Foundation twice a year for two years regarding school and career trajectory after the scholarship.
- One year of ISACA student membership (giving you access to career pathway and advancement events and webinars)
- One ISACA course selected from the ITCA or CET certification (completion of this course will help you get an ISACA certificate that indicates a standard of skills to a prospective employer)
