Digital Trust Workforce Development Program

ISACA’s Academic and Workforce Development Program and the ISACA Foundation are expanding access to careers in IT, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies through workforce-focused training and industry-recognized credentials.

The Digital Trust Workforce Development Program, is designed to help individuals build practical, job-ready skills and earn ISACA certificates that support entry into the IT workforce. The program is delivered in partnership with community organizations, academic institutions, and funding partners to respond to local workforce needs.

Through flexible delivery models, the program provides no-cost access to ISACA learning and career preparation resources. Program formats may include in-person, hybrid, or virtual instruction depending on location, funding, and partner capacity. As funding becomes available, the program continues to expand across the United States and internationally.

Program Offerings

Depending on location and funding source, participants may receive access to:

  • ISACA certificate training and exam preparation at no cost

  • Instruction and support from ISACA-certified industry professionals

  • Career readiness activities, including resume development, interview preparation, and employer engagement

  • Access to ISACA mentors, professional resources, and a global network of practitioners

  • Continuing education or completion stipends for select participants, when supported by program funding

Who the Program Serves

The Digital Trust Workforce Development Program supports adult learners seeking to enter, re-enter, or transition into IT and technology-related roles. The program is intended for individuals who can benefit from structured training, industry credentials, and career navigation support.

Eligibility requirements vary by location and funding source.
