ISACA SheLeadsTech Scholarship
Continue your education and launch your IT career with ISACA! This scholarship is open to global students who are pursuing a degree in IT audit, risk, security, assurance, or cybersecurity. Please review the scholarship offering and criteria below, and apply today!
Scholarship Offering:
SheLeadsTech empowers women to enhance their professional skills and advocate for their career advancement. In celebration of International Women's Month, every March, we will award academic scholarships of US$2,500 each, to five (5) students who meet the criteria below. Scholarship money will be paid directly to the awardee (if their school is International) or the awardee’s school (if their school is in the United States) in July 2026 and must be used for the school they are attending in 2026. Awardees will also receive an ISACA Career Building Bundle to help continue their education and launch their IT career.
Eligibility:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college, university, or technical training institute.
- Be pursuing, or planning to pursue, a degree or an advanced degree focused on IT audit, risk, security, assurance, or cybersecurity.
- Applicants must demonstrate a passion for creating gender balance and allyship in IT and showcase how they have made a measurable impact in promoting these values in their local community through volunteer work, school activities, or other meaningful efforts.
How to Apply:
- Sign in or create a free ISACA account to apply. If you have applied for an ISACA Foundation scholarship before, you may sign in using that account.
- Complete the scholarship application (link above), including submitting any supporting information.
Recipient Commitments:
- Recipients must agree to attend at least one ISACA event (virtual or in-person) in 2026.
- Recipients must agree to communicate with the ISACA Foundation twice a year for two years regarding school and career trajectory after the scholarship award.
- Recipients must agree to use the scholarship funds for:
- Full-time enrollment
- Part-time enrollment
- Credit courses
- Registration tuition and other school fees
- School books, supplies, and essential technology.
